Our Health Guarantee Covers:
- Genetic Health Issues: Every puppy is guaranteed free from hereditary conditions such as patellar luxation, congenital heart defects, and other breed-specific disorders.
- Veterinary Examination: To validate the guarantee, your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arriving home. Please provide a copy of this health report to confirm the examination.
💖 Your Role in Keeping Your Puppy Healthy
To keep your health guarantee valid and your Teacup Poodle thriving, please follow these guidelines:
- Timely Vet Visit: Schedule a check-up with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.
- Proper Care: Maintain your puppy’s health through balanced nutrition, regular veterinary visits, vaccinations, and a loving home environment.
- Original Ownership: The health guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
📋 If a Health Issue Arises
We stand firmly behind our puppies. If your veterinarian diagnoses a covered health condition:
- Notify us within 14 days of diagnosis via email or phone.
- Provide veterinary documentation outlining the diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Choose your resolution: either return the puppy for a full refund or opt for a replacement puppy, based on availability.
🚫 Exclusions
Our health guarantee does not cover:
- Illnesses or injuries that occur after the puppy leaves our care, unless directly linked to a covered genetic issue.
- Conditions resulting from neglect, abuse, or improper care.
- Routine and preventative care, including vaccinations, deworming, or parasite control.
